Privacy policy — Personal WhatsApp Assistant

This is a private personal assistant operated for the owner of albahri.org. It is not intended for customer support or use by the public. Only the owner’s explicitly allowlisted WhatsApp sender can use the assistant; messages from other numbers are rejected.

Information processed
The workflow receives the sender’s WhatsApp number, message text and message identifiers/timestamps. When you ask it to manage your schedule, it may read relevant Google Calendar or Google Tasks information to prepare a request. It also processes your confirmation and the result of an approved action.

How information is used
Messages are interpreted to prepare a calendar event or task. The assistant asks for confirmation before creating an event or task. It uses the sender number to enforce the owner-only allowlist and replies through WhatsApp. It does not intentionally use the information for advertising or customer messaging.

Service providers
To operate, information may be processed by Meta/WhatsApp, the n8n workflow host, OpenAI (to interpret message requests), and Google (Calendar and Tasks). Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Information is sent only as needed to deliver the requested assistant function.

Storage and deletion
Messages and workflow execution details may remain in provider systems and in n8n execution logs according to the configured workflow and each provider’s retention settings. For a privacy question or deletion request, contact the site operator through albahri.org/contact. A request to the operator does not itself delete information already held by a provider; provider-side deletion may also be needed.
